Balkan Investment Bank

O nama

Balkan Investment Bank AD Banja Luka – one of the first commercial banks in the Balkan region created on the foundation of foreign capital.

The bank started its operations on July 12th, 2000 in Banja Luka, the capital of the Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Two Lithuanian companies acted as the incorporators of the bank. The first was the oldest private Lithuanian bank AB Ukio Bankas (49%) and the second was an investment company UAB "Ūkio Banko Investicinė Grupė" (51%).

Balkan Investment Bank AD Banja Luka is a modern, dynamically developing bank. For the convenience of our clients we plan to open branches not only in other cities of the Republic of Srpska, but also in other states of the former Yugoslavia. Well-developed partnership ties with European, Russian, and American colleagues allow us to offer our clients a full package of services in the Balkan and international markets which comply with their requirements and needs.
